Richard Kingcott, the eldest son of George and Joyce Kingcott, was born in Hanna on March 18, 1955. He passed away in Calgary at the Foothills Hospital on September 28, 2019 from complications after experiencing cardiac arrest. Left to mourn his passing is his wife of 44 years, Kay; sons: Rick and Cindy, and Tyler and Alison; five grandchildren: Kyle, Kenzie, Drew, Emerson, and Camryn; and five acquired grandchildren: Kyle, Sheldon, Derek, Devin, and Jenna. He will also be missed by his siblings: Margaret (Jim), David (Wendy), June (Mark), Leonard (Mary), Vicki (Bill), and their families; brothers-in-law: Dale (Laurie), Jack (Cora), Keith (Gwen), and their families; mother-in-law, Irma Torie; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Richard had a circle of friends who will also miss his presence.
