Obituary of Achol Paige “Willow” Marguerite Maketh

Achol Paige “Willow” Marguerite Maketh passed away unexpectedly in Calgary on May 4, 2024 at the age of 15 years. She touched many with her bubbly personality, her sense of humour, and her kind heart. 

Achol will be remembered for her artistic talent, love of animals, and her friendly nature. 

She will be forever loved and deeply missed by many, including her older brother Seth Dyson, her younger siblings: Aluet, Ocean, Alek, and Anyieth Maketh, her Auntie Donna Williams, her mom Krystal Korporal, her father Akech Maketh, and dear friends Emma Irwin, Lillian Wheat, and Tori Hoare. She has joined her mother Delphine Dyson in eternal peace. 

The family would like to thank Lori Loran, Suzie Moser, Gina Gross, Dusty Craig, Shauna McAfee, and Brett Lenzen for their tireless advocacy and support of Achol over the years. 

A celebration of Achol’s life will take place at 2:00pm on Saturday, May 11th, 2024, at Skyriver Shala, 330A 2nd Ave West, Hanna, Alberta.
