Dear Rick and Girls,
I am so very sad to hear of Myrna's passing. I loved working with her and hanging out with her. She always had such a great, logical perspective on things and she was a wonderful go-to person for advice. I also loved her sense of humour and her terrific sarcastic wit. She was a special person. Dear Rick, Leanne, Melanie, Kara, Erin and families,
Iain and I are so very sad to learn of Myrna’s passing and offer our sincerest condolences. She was an amazing lady and taught our children swimming, supported them in volley ball, basket ball and cooked turkeys for the athletic banquets and served how many I could not count. Myrna and I had many laughs at cooking yet another turkey and she cooked many more than me. We also did lots of work together in various Kinsmen/Kinette projects. Unfortunately we are in Vancouver and will not be back in time to attend the memorial service. Myrna is no longer suffering pain from illness and may she Rest In Peace.

Dear Rick,
....and Leanne, Melanie, Kara & Erin, as well as spouses and grandchildren.
Rick, as you know, my association with your family goes back many, many years to my days in Hanna. Since then, it has been so good to see Melanie in Medicine Hat which has kept me up to date on the family. My heart aches for each of you as you grieve the loss of your wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. I know Myrna suffered and God has spared her pain and suffering. May she Rest In Peace. Treasure all the beautiful memories you have of her. May your faith in God give you strength and comfort, and may the love of family and friends give you support at this difficult time. God has his newest angel to watch over you all. I am so grateful to have known all of you, and for the opportunity to teach the girls and direct them in drama productions. Myrna will be deeply missed. Our deepest sympathies to all of you.
